Dear BAMC Family,

As we welcome the new year of 2025, I want to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude

for your hard work and dedication throughout the past year.

Each of you has played a vital role in our achievements, and together, we’ve created something

truly remarkable.

We are now facing the deterioration of the global economy and the difficulties of Cambodia’s

economy.

The performance of the BAMC in 2024 was still insufficient. However, I am confident that I will

use this as a springboard to achieve more this year.

Only those who overcome difficulties can survive. We can’t give up. If we all cheer up together

and work hard to achieve this year’s goal, there is nothing we can’t do. There is nothing you can

gain without pain.

If we challenge and try and if we don’t give up, I’m sure we’ll be able to achieve our goals this year.

The new year brings fresh opportunities and challenges. I am confident that, as a team, we will

rise to meet them and reach even greater heights. Let’s continue to dream big, support one another,

and push the boundaries of what we can achieve together.

I wish you and your loved ones a year filled with health, happiness, and success. Thank you for
