BACKGROUND​​​ OF BAMC FINANCE PLC (MICROFIMANCE INSTITUTION).

    • Microfinance institution has been registered as Public Limited Company at Ministry of Commerce: Co.2055KH/2014, valid from 29 July, 2014.
    • The institution has received license to conduct business as microfinance institution from National Bank of Cambodia: No. M.F-45, valid 13 November 2014, and principle approved by NBC to be BAMC FINANCE PLC. Under business license No. M.F 45, valid from August 23, 2019
    • Principle Activities: To provide the public with sustainable micro-finance services to small and medium enterprises, and low-income families in the Kingdom of Cambodia.
